No Refund Policy

All bookings are strictly non-refundable. Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances — including customer cancellations, no-shows, or personal emergencies. We strongly recommend confirming your plans before booking.

Tour Postponement — 48 Hours Notice Required

You may request to postpone your tour to another available date, provided you contact us at least 2 days (48 hours) before your scheduled tour time. Postponement requests made less than 48 hours before the tour will not be accepted, and the booking will be forfeited.

1 Introduction

Welcome to Marina Cruise Dinner. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the booking of all services — including marina dhow cruises, desert safaris, city tours, and other travel packages in Dubai and the UAE. By booking any service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2 Booking & Payment

  • A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from Marina Cruise Dinner with your booking reference.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept credit card, debit card, bank transfer, and cash.
  • All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed and payment received.
  • For group bookings of 10+ persons, please contact us directly for applicable rates.
  • Please review all details in your confirmation immediately and report any errors to us.

3 Tour Operations & Customer Responsibilities

  • Pickup and drop-off are available from selected locations in Dubai. Please be at your pickup point 10 minutes early.
  • We are not responsible for missed tours due to customer lateness.
  • Children under 3 years join tours free of charge. Some activities have age or height restrictions for safety.
  • Children must be accompanied by adults at all times.
  • Inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities, or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
  • Pregnant women and individuals with heart or chronic conditions should consult their doctor before participating in adventure activities.
  • Customers participate in all activities at their own risk.
  • Comfortable shoes and modest dress are recommended. Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and personal medications.

4 Customer Conduct

  • Treat fellow guests, staff, and local communities with respect at all times.
  • Follow all instructions from tour guides and staff for safety reasons.
  • Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
  • Alcohol consumption is permitted only where explicitly stated.
  • We reserve the right to remove any guest who behaves inappropriately — no refund will be provided in such cases.
  • Customers are liable for any damage they cause to equipment or property.
  • Photography and video during tours for personal use is welcome. Commercial use requires prior written consent.
  • Photos taken by our staff during tours may be used for promotional purposes. Inform us in writing if you wish to opt out.

5 Liability & Insurance

  • Marina Cruise Dinner acts as an agent for transportation and third-party service providers.
  • We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or irregularity caused by third-party providers.
  • Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service booked.
  • We are not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during tours.
  • We strongly recommend all customers obtain adequate travel insurance covering personal injury, medical expenses, and loss of belongings.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or acts of terrorism.

6 Weather Conditions & Tour Modifications

  • Tours may be modified, shortened, or cancelled for safety reasons related to weather or other unforeseen events.
  • We reserve the right to adjust itineraries, timings, or activities without prior notice.
  • If Marina Cruise Dinner cancels a tour, customers will be offered a reschedule to an alternative date. No cash refunds will be provided in lieu of a reschedule.
  • No refunds are provided for minor itinerary adjustments due to weather or operational requirements.

7 Privacy & Data Protection

  • Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with UAE data protection laws.
  • Your information is used solely to process bookings and deliver services.
  • We do not share personal information with third parties beyond what is necessary to fulfil your booking.
  • You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting us directly.

8 Complaints & Dispute Resolution

  • Raise any concerns with our staff immediately during the tour so issues can be addressed on the spot.
  • Written complaints must be submitted within 7 days of the tour date.
  • We will acknowledge and investigate all complaints and respond within 14 business days.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
  • We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
